1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using POOPPAL, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use POOPPAL on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. The service
POOPPAL is a personal wellness utility for recording bowel movements and viewing locally generated history, patterns, reminders, scores, correlations, estimates, exports and reports. Features vary by platform, device capability, permissions, region and purchase status.
3. Not medical advice
POOPPAL is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Its scores, correlations, timing estimates, photo suggestions and educational content may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not replace professional judgement.
Never ignore or delay professional care because of information in POOPPAL. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for concerns and seek urgent care for an emergency or serious symptoms.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, decisions you make using the app, the security of your device and platform account, and any export or share you initiate. Use POOPPAL only in compliance with applicable law and do not use it to harm others, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access.
5. Premium, subscriptions and lifetime purchase
POOPPAL offers one Premium entitlement through monthly, annual or lifetime payment choices. Available products, local price, currency, tax, trial eligibility and renewal terms are displayed by the App Store or Google Play before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the terms shown by the store unless you cancel through your platform account. An eligible introductory trial converts to the selected paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable Premium entitlement associated with the purchasing platform account while POOPPAL is made available. Retired or legacy products may remain restorable without being offered to new customers.
6. Optional community rules
The online community is optional. Do not use abusive or impersonating aliases, harass others, send spam, manipulate rankings, abuse invitations, or use the service for unlawful or unsafe activity. You can report or block another member. We may moderate content, restrict community access, or delete accounts that violate these rules or threaten users or the service.
7. Billing, cancellation and refunds
Apple or Google processes payment and controls billing, cancellation and refund decisions. POOPPAL does not receive full card details and cannot directly cancel a store subscription. Manage purchases in your App Store or Google Play account and submit refund requests to the platform that processed the purchase.
8. Your data
You retain ownership of the records you enter. Subject to platform backup and sync behaviour, you may export or erase app data using the available controls. Your handling of exported data is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for details.
9. POOPPAL content and licence
POOPPAL, its visual design, software, text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep POOPPAL reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may fix, change, add, remove, suspend or discontinue features to improve the app, meet legal or platform requirements, protect users or operate the service. We will avoid intentionally removing valid purchased access except where required by law, platform action, fraud or technical impossibility.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, POOPPAL is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that insights or content will be complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. POOPPAL and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Ending use and changes to these terms
You may stop using POOPPAL at any time and may delete local data before uninstalling. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens users, the service or platform integrity. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
